Helpful Hints For Purchasing Tickets
In-person Sales
Guests may purchase tickets directly from the K-Rock Centre Ticket Office. In-person sales allow you to purchase tickets at face value plus the applicable Facility Fee/Capital Replacement Fee but without other service charges.
Our Ticket Office at Gate 4 (Barrack Street) is open for the following hours:
Mon.-Fri. 11am-6pm (extended hours on event days)
Sat. 11am-2pm (extended hours on event days)
Sun. Open 11am on event days only
Will Call
Guests may select “Will Call” to pick up tickets ordered through Tickets@Home internet purchases or over the charge-by-phone service. This will enable you to pick up your tickets at the K-Rock Centre Ticket Office at any time during regular business hours, including the day of the event. Guests must bring the credit card with which the tickets were purchased, the order confirmation number and at least one piece of valid photo identification.

Online Purchases
To ensure that you have a successful online purchasing experience we recommend that you pre-register with Tickets.com in advance of the date that tickets go on sale to the event you wish to attend. Registration with Tickets.com provides a number of benefits, takes just a few minutes and is completely free. It is recommended for everyone - whether you plan on purchasing tickets today, next week or next year.

Please visit Tickets.com’s Membership Registration page at:
https://onsale.tickets.com/buy/PatronReg
You'll be asked to choose a user name and password, and enter your contact and account information. Once registered, you won't need to provide this information the next time you purchase tickets.
Privacy
The information you provide in the Tickets.com Membership Registration form is kept in a secure location, and all credit card numbers are securely encrypted using state-of-the-art e-commerce technology. None of the information will be made available to any other sources except as noted in the Tickets.com Privacy Statement on their website. Neither Tickets.com, nor the K-Rock Centre will sell your membership information to other companies.
