The City of Kingston owns the K-Rock Centre built for the enjoyment of the residents of Kingston.
Arcturus/SMG is the Operator of the Centre, and has a contract with the City to provide a number of services promoting the venue, including: marketing the facility, booking and marketing events, securing sponsorship and advertising, and outfitting and liaising with concessions at the venue.

The Province of Ontario contributed $4 million towards the construction of the facility through the Ministry Of Health’s Health Promotion Capital Program.

Kingston Accommodation Partners Inc.

Since late 2004 the KAP membership has grown to 23 members including hotels, B&B’s , Historic Inns and Attractions in Kingston. The KAP members are local leaders in the tourism industry that are passionate about the City of Kingston. KAP Inc. is contributing $3million towards the construction of the facility.

Downtown Kingston!

Downtown Kingston is ”the heart of the city” - a vibrant and prosperous full service commercial and entertainment centre featuring over 700 businesses (more than 100 restaurants, 200 plus specialty stores and 400+ commercial businesses) in a beautiful, historic waterfront setting.
Downtown Kingston! has contributed $3 million towards the construction of the new sports entertainment centre and is committed to working with Arcturus/SMG to make the facility a centerpiece of Kingston’s entertainment district.

The Kingston Frontenacs

The K-Rock Centre will be the new home of the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League. The Frontenacs and the facility have a cooperative marketing and revenue sharing partnerships.
