Here are some helpful ways to assist you when you are making plans to come to an event at the K-Rock Centre whether it be by car, bus, taxi or otherwise. 

We are located at 1 Barrack Street, Kingston, Ontario.  See attached map.

We have four main gates:

Gate 1 - Place d'Armes
Gate 2 - Ontario Street
Gate 3 - Corner of Barrack and Ontario St. - Restaurant Entrance/Premium Seating Ticket Holders/ Media Entrance
Gate 4 - Barrack Street - Main Building Reception and Box Office

Note: All entrances are wheelchair accessible although when dropping off or picking up we suggest you use the layby lane at Gate 4.  Staff is always available to help.

Driving Directions: 

From the West: Highway 401 East to Kingston (Examples – Toronto, Belleville, Napanee) 

Take the CR-10/DIVISION Street Exit (617) toward Kingston/Westport
Turn RIGHT onto Division Street
Turn LEFT onto Queen Street/Provincial Route 2
Turn LEFT onto Ontario Street/Provincial Route 2
End at 1 Barrack Street Kingston, ON – K-ROCK Centre will appear on your LEFT 

From the East: Highway 401 West to Kingston (Examples – Brockville, Ottawa) 
Take the HWY-15 / CR-15 exit- EXIT 623- toward KINGSTON / SMITHS FALLS / C.F.B. KINGSTON
Turn RIGHT.
Go through the lights at the bottom of the hill and over the The LaSalle Causeway Bascule Bridge.
After you cross the bridge, go around the bend
Turn RIGHT onto Barrack Street
Gate 4 (Box Office Gate) will be on your RIGHT


From the South: Take Highway 81 North to 1000 Islands Bridge. (Examples – Watertown, Rochester, Albany).
Take 1-81 North via the ramp on the LEFT (Portions Toll) Crossing into *CANADA* Ontario
I-81 N becomes PROVINCIAL ROUTE 137 North
Take the Highway 401 West ramp toward KINGSTON/ONTARIO
Merge on Provincial Route 401 West
Take the Highway 15/CR 15 Exit (623) toward KINGSTON/SMITH FALLS/CFB/BFC KINGSTON.
Turn LEFT onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 15/CR -15
Turn RIGHT onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 2/CR-2 and continue to drive
Go through the lights at the bottom of the hill and over the The LaSalle Causeway Bascule Bridge.
After you cross the bridge, go around the bend
Turn RIGHT onto Barrack Street
Gate 4 (Box Office Gate) will be on your RIGHT 

Transportation to the Venue

Our venue uses the dispersed parking model which means that event-goers can park at existing public and private parking lots and on-the-street rather than at the Centre itself. For parking locations within the City click here.

Additional City of Kingston transit buses will be added to accommodate large events if you choose not to drive. The Bus can be a low-cost and responsible way to begin your evening out before the event. For more bus information click here.
