Accessibility
The K-Rock Centre is being constructed to conform with the latest in accessibility standards.
Accessible seating is situated in a variety of locations. Please see “Inside the Centre – Venue Information” page for more details on seat locations. If you require wheelchair seating, please inform the ticket seller or phone operator at the time of purchase.
K-Rock Centre will have a limited stock of wheelchairs that are used for transportation purposes only, i.e. to and from your seat. Wheelchair seating locations are reserved for those who require accessible seating.

Bus Service
Kingston Transport has a special bus schedule for event days. For more information, please call 613-546-0000 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Elevators
Elevators for access to the upper levels are located at Gates 1 (Sec.104), 3 (Sec. 110) & 5 (Sec.114). Elderly guests, guests with disabilities, suites holders and members of the media should be granted priority.
First Aid
The First Aid Room is located on the Main Concourse behind Section 114. First Aid attendants are on hand during all events at Kingston RSEC. Guests requiring first-aid assistance are urged to contact any member of the Guest Services staff.
Merchandise
Souvenirs for most events will be available at various locations around the building on game nights. Frontenacs’ souvenirs are also available at The Klubhouse, the Official Kingston Frontenacs’ retail store located near Section Section 111. The store will also be accessible from Barrack Street during non-event hours. For Klubhouse operating hours, please check the Frontenacs website, www.kingstonfrontenacs.com.
