Who says nothing is free anymore! Thanks to your helpful staff I got a FREE ride to my seat at the Charley Pride event on Saturday night. I purchased my tickets really early on and unfortunately fell recently and have just had a hip operation. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to attend the concert over the weekend. I'm stubborn though and nothing was going to keep me home. So, I hobbled along but when staff saw me struggling through the crowd they immediately got me a wheelchair and whisked me off to my seat. I was told to simply wait til the end of the concert and they would come and collect me again.

At the end of the night, my husband went and got the car and just as they said - the K-ROCK Centre usher came and collected me and took me to the front doors to meet my husband and my waiting car. Charley was in top form (as usual) and because of your staff I had the best night out in many, many years! Thanks you so much for your help. I'll be back for another night out (when I'm feeling more able). Thank you.
